With over 30 years of multi-industry experience, I have built a successful career across top-tier, complex, multicultural, and iconic global companies.

I specialise in career coaching, leadership development, and mentoring.

My work spans across guiding school leavers and young professionals as they navigate the early stages of their careers, to advising first-level and middle managers in key leadership skills, to designing and facilitating leadership programs, delivering key note presentations and coaching senior executives in global corporations.

I founded my consulting and coaching practice in 2016. However, in the summer of 2017, I made a pivotal decision to pause my career, dedicating five years to being a stay-at-home dad in support of my partner, Emma, and our two young children.

In January 2022, I returned to corporate life, joining KPMG, where I refined my coaching approach within a high-performance corporate environment. By October 2024, I transitioned back into my consulting and coaching practice and, in April 2025, founded the Global Kindness Institute with the aim to 'redefine leadership excellence'.

In this next chapter, I continue to expand my coaching practice while also taking on both fractional and consulting projects and interim assignments.

I am based in Cambridge. I use private rooms in Cambridge and London for 1:1 sessions. Alternatively through Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Phone.

Integrating My Corporate Experience With My Coaching Practice

My corporate background spans leading global organisations, including:
The Royal Navy, Sainsbury’s, Legal & General, BMI Healthcare, Hitachi, WorldCom, Motorola, Dell, Deutsche Bank, Marshall Aerospace, Tate & Lyle & KPMG.

That said, I left school at 15 with no qualifications. The reality is, I had to climb the corporate ladder from the ground up, both failing and learning every step along the way. In my 30s, I completed two masters degrees, so some proof that growth isn’t always confined to a university timeline. I’ve faced and manged redundancy twice, and even made the difficult decision to leave a role, with no job to go to, after witnessing an act of unkindness in the workplace.

These experiences have shaped my perspective. They’ve given me real, practical, and tactical insights that I now share to help others navigate their own leadership and career journeys. Moreover, I am pleased to say often more efficiently and with significantly better outcomes too.

Through my personalised support, I take a real-world, pragmatic approach that will help you gain clarity, confidence, and control over your career path. I work with all ages, both men and women. Notwithstanding every coaching assignment is also a learning experience for me too. I am both accredited and certified across multiple leadership development tools. I also attend supervision to continue growing, reflecting, and delivering high-quality support to my clients, ensuring my work is both quality-assured and covered by my indemnity insurance.

As a result, whether you're navigating your first job, or in a big transition, at a career cross roads, having to deal with a difficult boss, have a big presentation to deliver or simply looking for leadership guidance, my focus is on helping you make tangible progress that truly matters.

My Fees

Coaching & Consulting Service Fees
I aim to work within your budget wherever possible. Here’s a guide to the fees I typically charge:

General Advice: If you need to talk through a challenge at work or work through a tricky issue | up to 2 hours | £50 per hour.

Personal Coaching: Career change, redundancy support, CV, navigating headhunters, recruitment companies and LinkedIn | Key Action Plan | Up to 6 hours over 6 weeks (but not limited to) | £250.

Executive Coaching Program: Stepping into a new role, navigating change initiatives, addressing some personal or 360° feedback, or building a structured development plan | 6-month development program | £900

Consulting: Custom design, delivery, and facilitation of leadership and or organisational development initiatives | £1200 per day

Keynote: I offer SME keynote presentations at no cost, as I believe in sharing knowledge and contributing to meaningful discussions within the industry.
